If you allow it, your browser shares your geographic position with the application to display nearby gas stations. This data is processed locally in your browser and is never sent to our servers or stored.
We use PostHog (PostHog Inc.) and Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) to measure service usage in aggregate: pages visited, session duration, device type. Before you consent, PostHog audience measurement runs without cookies or persistent identifiers: an ephemeral identifier is kept in memory only, for the lifetime of the page. The PostHog cookie is only set after you consent to the analytics category. Google Analytics is only activated after consent.
Google AdSense (Google LLC) displays ads on the site. Google may use cookies to personalize ads based on your interests and browsing history.
If you subscribe to our weekly newsletter, we collect your email address, the selected city or cities, the date of your consent, and the IP address at signup (proof of consent and abuse protection). The subscription is only activated after email confirmation (double opt-in). This information is used solely to send you the newsletter — never for other purposes, never sold or rented. Emails are delivered by Resend (Resend, Inc., United States). Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link; you can also request complete deletion of your data at [email protected].
Geolocation is only activated after your explicit approval via your browser's dialog. Analytics and advertising cookies are only activated after your consent via our consent banner, powered by CookieYes(CookieYes Limited), a consent-management platform compliant with Quebec's Law 25 and the GDPR. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. If you withdraw analytics consent, the PostHog cookie is deleted immediately and audience measurement returns to cookieless mode.
