Le Prix du Gaz is a free information service that aggregates and displays gas prices published by the Régie de l'énergie du Québec. The service is provided for informational purposes only.

Data Source

Prices are sourced from the Régie de l'énergie du Québec's public data feed, updated approximately every 30 minutes. Le Prix du Gaz is not affiliated with the Régie de l'énergie du Québec.

No Warranty

Le Prix du Gaz does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of the information presented. Prices may differ from those displayed at the station at the time of your visit. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

Users assume full responsibility for decisions made based on information displayed on this site. Le Prix du Gaz and its operators shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Acceptable Use

The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. The following uses are prohibited:

• Automated data extraction (scraping, crawling)
• Commercial redistribution of data
• Any use likely to disrupt the operation of the service

Citation and Embedding

Notwithstanding the above, the following uses are expressly permitted, with no prior request needed:

• Quoting our figures — averages, changes, rankings — in an article, post, or document, crediting the source and linking to the page cited.
• Reproducing an excerpt of the weekly report, naming the week covered and linking to its permanent page.
• Embedding the official price widget on a third-party site — as JavaScript or as a static image — unmodified and keeping the link to Le Prix du Gaz it contains. Both formats offer several visual styles to choose from (colors, layout); picking among them is not a modification.

These permissions cover citation and embedding, not bulk reuse of the dataset or its republication as a competing service. Price data comes from the Régie de l'énergie du Québec and remains subject to its terms.

The source code, design, and editorial content of Le Prix du Gaz are the property of Notaro Numérique. Price data belongs to the Régie de l'énergie du Québec and is subject to its terms of use.

Modifications and Interruptions

Le Prix du Gaz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. These terms may also be updated; the date of the last revision is shown at the top of this page.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Quebec, Canada.
